We’re looking for a Lifeguard Instructor to help deliver instructor-level courses throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas to support our long-term growth.

The ideal candidate must be:

• Fluent in both spoken and written English – clear communication is required.
• At least 15-20 hours per week of availability.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Current and valis Lifeguard Instructor certification from a nationally and/or internationally recognized certifying body.
• Possess a deep understanding of learning styles, brain science, and pedagogy.
• Possess a deep understanding of the most up-to-date, science-based water rescue and other lifesaving techniques techniques.
• Results-driven, ambitious, organized, articulate, and a self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Possess a deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention strategies, and growth channels.
