Lifeguard effectiveness is a crucial component of any aquatics audit. Our staff will observe and evaluate lifeguards’ performance including physical skills; scanning, surveillance and recognition; and reaction during mock emergency situations. The evaluation of lifeguard performance will be based on the WASH Lifeguard Audit Rubric and be incorporated in the final audit report presented to the client.
